Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient healing practice used throughout the world to address a wide range of health concerns, from digestive and neurological conditions to musculoskeletal and joint pain.
Using fine, sterile, single-use needles, acupuncture stimulates specific points along pathways known as meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine. These points are selected to encourage balance within the body, support its natural healing processes, and promote optimal function.
Modern research shows that acupuncture can influence nervous system activity, help regulate pain, and support the body's inflammatory responses.
Chinese Medicine has a holistic approach with many modalities to help address your concerns. Your treatment plan may also include Herbal Medicine, Lifestyle Guidance, Dietary Advice, Cupping, Gua Sha, and QiGong practices.
Massage Therapy
Our therapeutic massage sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your goals and your body's unique needs. Whether you prefer focused work on a specific area of discomfort or a relaxing, full-body treatment, we adapt each session to support your wellbeing.
Our approach is slow, intentional, and detailed, drawing on techniques such as trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, assisted stretching, and myofascial release. Cupping, gua sha, and heat therapy may also be incorporated when beneficial.
Whether you're seeking relaxation, relief from chronic pain, or greater freedom of movement, each session is designed to ease tension, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of comfort and wellbeing.
Choose from 60, 75, or 90-minute sessions based on your needs and the time you'd like to dedicate to your care.
Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching is a gentle, therapeutic approach to improving flexibility, releasing muscular tension, and restoring freedom of movement. With the guidance of a skilled practitioner, your body is supported through a series of stretches tailored to your unique needs, comfort level, and range of motion.
Unlike stretching on your own, assisted stretching allows you to relax while your practitioner carefully guides your body into positions that encourage greater mobility and ease. Techniques may include passive stretching, gentle joint mobilization, and active engagement of specific muscle groups to help release areas of restriction and improve overall movement.
Whether you're experiencing stiffness, recovering from physical activity, addressing postural imbalances, or simply wanting to feel more comfortable in your body, assisted stretching offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore greater freedom of movement.
Reiki
Reiki is a gentle, restorative energy healing practice that invites deep relaxation, inner balance, and a greater sense of peace and wellbeing. Rooted in Japanese healing traditions, Reiki works with the body's subtle energy to support its natural capacity for healing.
During a session, the practitioner uses light touch or holds their hands just above the body, creating a quiet, nurturing space where you can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
Reiki can be a supportive practice for calming the nervous system, encouraging a shift away from the stress response and toward a state of rest and restoration. This deep relaxation may help ease feelings of stress and anxiety, promote emotional balance, and foster a greater sense of connection between body and mind.
Whether you're navigating a stressful period, seeking emotional support, or simply longing for a moment of stillness, Reiki offers an opportunity to turn inward, restore balance, and cultivate a deeper sense of ease.
